I wanted to share a visual representation of each state and how their cases and deaths are looking. They are in alphabetical order to just scroll to yours. I hope you find this helpful.

@Jessica, you are right on both counts. As the weather gets colder we can't do as many things outdoors. It is easier to catch the virus indoors because you are in a confined space. And of course people just because fatigued and wanted physical interactions so people were less vigilant about their precautions.
As the weather gets colder, cases go up. Or is it pandemic fatigue, that by the time Halloween rolled around everyone was sick of social distancing and wanted to partake in traditions? In my state it looks like things went up right at the end of October, which was (anecdotally) when I started to notice more gatherings on social media. Outdoor dining isn't as comfortable in the late fall, either.
