Kids and protection
According to a study published a few days ago, children who were previously infected with COVID-19 or MIS-C (that post COVID inflammatory disease some children are getting) are not protected from Omicron. But the vaccination does provide protection against it. This reflects the same results we have seen in adults.
FINAL THOUGHTS: I hope you are well and rested and ready to tackle another week in this new normal of ours that is quite far from normal. I would like to borrow advice from the Marines today. They have advice, in the form of a saying, that I find quite useful, "Adapt and overcome." (U.S. Marines). So as we head into this week and the challenges it will bring, let's approach it by adapting and overcoming because the tree that refuses to sway in the strong wind is the one that is snapped in half.

Thanks Ginger as always, What's funny is that I'm not surprised that covid case numbers are on the rise again, but yet I am surprised when I hear of people catching it and then staying home, and then I'm surprised at myself for being surprised that I hear someone has COVID.
